What is a mix?
A mix is a strategy made from one or more technical signals. You can choose a premade mix or build your own, then apply it to selected symbols and timeframes.
What is a signal?
A signal is more than a plain indicator. It can carry extra conditions and derived data, such as a Bollinger Band squeeze or a Chandelier Exit, not just a raw RSI or moving-average reading. You combine signals into a mix and apply that mix across the symbols and timeframes you choose.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Signal Mixer is designed so traders can compose signals, subscribe to reports, and configure trades without writing code.
Why are free reports delayed seven days?
The free plan lets you see what your mixes would have matched before paying for live delivery. Upgrade to Basic or Pro when timing becomes important to your workflow.
How is this different from a TradingView alert?
A typical chart alert watches one condition on one symbol and timeframe. Signal Mixer reports when a mix matches, and you can run many mixes across many symbols and many timeframes. The alert is for the mix, not a single condition. It is not a replacement for every charting task.
Does Signal Mixer tell me what to buy or sell?

Can Signal Mixer place trades automatically?
Yes. Pro users can connect Alpaca and enable a mix as a trade. The scheduler places interval orders. Orders are not placed from the trade page.
